Beautiful, well maintained church building located facing Clements Bridge Road. Traditional sanctuary seats approximately 200 with overflow space in an adjoining area. Altar area has a choir loft; podiums, extra seating and a functioning organ. Majestic windows on the rear area of the room with a rose window over the altar area. Two offices on either side of the sanctuary and 2 or 3 additional offices on the main level. Both a men's room and women's room on this floor. Rear entrance from the parking lot is on the same level as the downstairs; entrance from the front is on the same level as the sanctuary. Downstairs is a large community hall with an adjoining kitchen. Kitchen will need updating including addition of a fire suppression system to use it commercially. 4 classrooms on the lower level; the boiler room and utility rooms easily accessed. Men's and Women's Rooms on this level as well. The bell tower has room for an additional classroom and the bell still works with a bell pull. Parking lot in the rear has about 30 spots. There is currently an agreement with Barrington for the town to use the lot during the week in return for maintenance, snow plowing and line painting.
