The motel was purchased in 2020 by a couple who had the intention of renovating the property and restoring the motel to its glory from decades past. Unfortunately, the they ultimately decided that it was no longer going to work for them to restore the property and have decided to part with it so that someone else can take on the effort of reestablishing Docs Motor Court as the hub of activity it once was.
