List price reflects some work that we wanted done but were not able to get to it because of Covid delays and a death in the family - mostly the floors in main part of home. They are wood but has several kinds of wood floors that are not all in super good shape. I believe they could be refinished but we had planned to replace them to make it 1 floor consistent to all the rooms. The appliances all stay with the home but we strongly encourage the buyer to get a new refrigerator. The bottom freezer door does not always close correctly and if that happens water puddles on the floor around it. It has caused some staining. No issues with any of the other appliances. They came with the house so we have no idea their age, etc.

Has 2 huge jaw dropping sun rooms. The one in the rear of the home is the one where we live, the one above the garage we only heat when in use & keep it off the rest of the time. It could also be part of a master suite if you use the bed/bath that it connects to and add a door to the hallway. We had also planned to do that.

2 propane fireplaces - 1 on main, other in full basement. The one in the main level works well and provides heat during outages. Was unable to get the one in the basement started. I don't believe the basement has a heat source but it is very toasty down there in the winter because the furnace is there.

The basement used to be finished space but is no longer. Could be finished again. It is nice and huge. It also includes a huge storage closet that is PERFECT for canning jars, food preps, etc. Tons of built in shelves.

The one car attached garage is more like a roomy 2 car garage except for the size of the door. Looks as though the opening could be widened to make it a great 2 car garage.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for a nursery or office. No closet but has some built in storage. There is a 4th bedroom w/closet on the 2nd floor. It was recently repainted and the floors are very nice and in good condition as far as I can tell.

Septic was inspected and passed as a condition of sale for the closing in Dec 2020. Unless the policy has changed, there is no need for an inspection every 4 years like in many other counties.

Fantastic graded flat garden bed that was going to have a huge number of above ground beds in it. It is appx 60'x80'. It has a heavy duty landscape fabric that needs to be pinned down again due to recent heavy wind storm and the raised beds not having dirt in them to keep it in place. This project is unfinished because of a death in the family and that we are now moving.
