PARK RULES:
1) If you buy it you MUST live in it - you cannot rent out the unit or use it as investment property; if you buy it for a family member who will live in it the family member must meet the income and other requirements as stated above.
2) Incomes cannot be blended together to qualify; at least one of the applicants must meet the income requirement
